*disabled widow
*husband was caregiver
*he died on the job
*informed I would receive widow benefits
Questions:
*will I be considered a spouse or a dependant,or both since I now have no husband or caregiver?

I'm very sorry for your loss, and hope you can find some peace from the grieving here on the forum.
