Does anyone know if my after workmans comp accepts your case, can they deny medical benefits if the person does not return to work before surgery,like they want him to?

they can't use as a reason to deny the medical benefits the fact that you did not return to work.
Many loose their jobs after an injury but still retain treatment benefits.
There can be disputes over whether the treatment is for the work injury.
