Dallas, I'm with you. Something is very strange here. His father in law (Truckster, it is not his father) is a microbiologist at the CDC studying, of all things, rare strains of TB.
TB has been making a comeback in recent years, but from my limited understanding it really is more prevalent in 3rd world countries, and here in the states, among economically disadvantaged inner city areas. This guy clearly is outside that model. I am not saying "well to do white professionals" are immune from TB, but it is too much of a coincedence for me.
Maybe Daddy doesn't like his new attorney son-in-law....
By the way, I don't excuse his behavior. He was selfish and arrogant. He can't be that stupid to "not know". He went through too many manipulations to get back into the country. He should pay - big time.

TRUCKSTER..........sad state of affairs isn't it??? My, how the world has changed since I was a kid, in my 20's and even in my 30"s and not for the better. What are human beings thinking?? Is there that many self absorbed people out here???

Also TB is making a come back- There is a school here in the Ft Worth are that about 2 wks ago a kid was discovered to have TB they asked for voluntary testing and so far over 100 kids have tested positive.

I tested positive for years ....then x-rays showed nothing.......I was allergic to the needles they were using....... go fiqure.

Once you test positive, you are always considered positive, and no need for any further TB tests, Only x-rays. Testing positive does not mean that you have active TB, Only that sometime you have come in contact with TB or someone that has it. They then do X-rays to confirm and further testing, For a person testing positive from the TB test, x-rays are recomended every year or two.
This guy for all his smarts was a real jerk, I feel he knew what he was doing or why did he have to be so secreative and sneak back into the states, He should have to pay for all the testing etc that he caused all fellow passengers to have to endure, and how many others has he exposed to this deadly disease?. I,am sure we haven,t heard the rest of this story.

I feel if anyone he came in personal contact with gets this disease or dies from it, he should be charged with Attempted Homicide or Homicide. What he did is the same to me as if he fired a gun into a crowd of innocent people, if someone would get hurt or die in that instance, the Law would be clear, and I feel his knowledge of the Disease and how it could effect others is the same as carrying a loaded gun!!
