This is the latest on my impairment rating.I still haven't received it,NCM has called DD every day asking receptionist where it is.I called WC and they can't find the records of me being sent to one,even though I had the paper that they sent me in my hand as I talked to them.The woman said that the person who would know will be back on Monday.I told her it had been 28 days and the doctor is in violation.She said that come Monday that they will take care of the violation if it has been that long.So,here I sit.The DD's office is now on recording rather than being answered.I am sure that I am not the only one who has not received there IR results.
I am not a happy camper!

This sounds like the business office of my ortho. It takes months to receive medical records after they are paid for.

Bethsha211, you know my story of that dr.. Maybe on Monday you call the state office and request paper work to file a formal complaint.

Yes AQA,This is absolutely ridiculous.I told the NCM today that since it has taken so long and he took a few notes only and I didn't see a tape recorder,that if I get a low rating I am calling them on it for just the fact that he may not even remember who I am or what was said.She agreed and said that is why it is suppose to be expedited.I am ready to get this over with!

I had my IR done on Dec. 7th and the doctor faxed it over to the adjuster on the 27th. The adjuster sent it to the lawyer on Jan.18th and then April 3rd the lawyer set up my IME with the upper extremity doctor. Now i am waiting on the IME result.
I was just looking at my records and thought I would give you an idea of how long it took for my IR rating to get to the adjuster. Let us know when you finally hear something. I am curious if you will have close to the same IR as me, as we pretty much have the same thing going on.
Good luck, and hang in there. If you do not get it on Monday, call the adjuster and ask where it is. He/She should be knowing something by then. Ask for a copy mailed to you.

I talked to WC today and they clled the DD and asked where my results were. He told them that they just happened to be in front of him on his desk.Oh Yeah! adn that he would fax them right over.WC said they would call me when they received the fax.They didn't call.Whether the DD was telling the truth or not,he is now under the gun to do it and send ASAP.So I will call them again tomorrow and find out if they got the fax.Bet tomorrow they do.WC knows how long it has been now(32 days) since IR and I will stay on them about this.Now I just wait and see if the D*** DD can remember even who I am to give me a rating!
