I thank the lord for that and this web site. you people have help me deal with some ruff times. reading all of your theards with helpful information. just had another ime mon25th once again doc was not very friendly.but who cares he can kiss my A!!. Does anyone know how being approved for ssd helps w/c case will i still have to go to ime appt every 3mon and how long can you be on w/c before its all over.Lawyer told me in that med will be open for rest of my life how long that is only the lord knows.I have another surgery in march i hope its the last one.well feeling good now i think i mite have glass of wine. I do not have to sell house now.just have to deal w/c trying not to give me what i worked 21years for. once again thanks. ps I would love to chat more on off topic area but im not the best writer. but i try ; RE: thank god - sparkey - 02-29-2008 06:27 AM Congrats on the IME appt. Have a glass of wine for me..LOL. I was curious why you had to have a IME. Does the SS make you have that done? Just checking, as i am having one on April 3rd. because my wc ic is trying to say my PIR rating is to high and sending me to a guy that is a hand surgeon/upper extremity doctor. Congrats again. RE: thank god - AQA - 02-29-2008 07:45 AM Social Security has nothing to do with wc. Except for settlement offset. Social security will have you re-evaluated at the one year, five year, or seven year period based on the extent of your disability. RE: thank god - backache - 02-29-2008 09:04 AM Congrats maybe now you can be stress free for awhile . Please come to off topics you don't have to be the best writer or even a good one for that matter. RE: thank god - jayne - 02-29-2008 09:28 AM heck I am over there and I type with 2 fingers RE: thank god - Deb - 02-29-2008 09:51 AM Norock congrads on the SSDI.
