sounds strange to me but what do i know? I think doctors are actually supposed to examine their patients in depth but hey, maybe, i'm just behind the times...............others will chime in soon, i'm sure!

Nope but had a w.c doctor give a rating from looking at past reports ... I got a 0 rating done even though He did see me on that date .... Was still having problems so you got me
How does a w/c doctor say in one report that im resolved 0% but on another report where HE did see me im having alot of problems yet
??

The Dr. that did My IME for the I/C hasn't seen Me in Over Two Years, and He makes His assumptions and gives His Opinion Based Solely on My MRI Reports. My Case is Closed Now, and I'm awaiting Decision, this Dr. always says He doesn't Trust My Dr. or the Person Reading the Films, and Stays with My Original Visit over Two Years ago. EVERY MRI I have had shows degeneration of My Condition, all the Way that My Dr. has Me Totally Disabled, and I See them Regularly. So I guess We will See how this System Works, which Dr. would You find Credible, Theirs or Mine???

I got a call from the Dr that I was spost to see in Lex. they said they will see me at another Dr office and it will be over net this dr is in same office as the pain Dr I had been seein til work comp cut him out of the picture after he gave me his rating so my he will be on my side the pain Dr is the one who told me to sing up on ss quess its wait and see time but at less something is statin to happen now

Good luck kentuckygal. I'm not sure how they do ratings. I was asking my attorney who was going to do my rating for the wc side and he said my surgeon would. I asked him if that meant I had to go back to him so he could examine me and he said no, he would do it from our last visits. I hope he has to use the pt and fce reports because the surgeon has not examined me since before surgery except to look at my scar twice. How can he give a rating if he doesn't do an actual exam?
