Attorney Seeking Decision On The Knees - Bummer Knees - 01-08-2008 11:10 PM
It has 2 months since my last court hearing. The purpose of the hearing was:
1. Present the judge with the doctor's opinion if
the wc injury aggravated the pre-existing condition to my knees.
The doctor's report was in my favor.
2. Request treatment for my knees.
The judge had 5 days to make a decision and court was in November.
According to my attorney a decision has not yet been made.
Today my attorney told me he will be contacting the judge and request a phone conference requesting a decision be made. There is a legal name to this procedure although I don't know what it is called.
Just want to update everyone.

Bummer - I will pray that they do the right thing and decide in your favor. Please let us know when you get the decision

I hope you get the decision soon and that it is in your favor. I think it's awlfull that a judge can wait so long, if they are supposed to have a decision in 5 days. Keep the faith, it will all work out.

Bummer I had to do a double take on your title of this thread I first thought I read Attonery seeking decision on HIS KNEES.... and well you all know what I thought....what an attonery taking one for the team..........ROFLMFAO.....I hope the judge came quick

Good luck Bummer, It is too bad that the judges are not fined for delays. Maybe things would proceed faster.
