I just want to introduce my self at this time. I have been lurking for an eternity it seems and I have got to say you injured workers bring a smile to me and tears at times also.
I have spine problems and other things I do not want to bore all of you. I do have a great attorney with me who does a GREAT job! so no problem there sure I have had problems but him and I where quick to jump in and all was resolved without going to a hearing, I think we have such a strong case they don't have a leg to stand on.
I hope it does not sound like I'm bragging but I have got all my medical records and X rays along with MRI's and so does my attorney so we are ready for anything, I have gone over all medical documents and outlined anything questionable so I have all info at hand with this I give my attorney a copy also so he can go over it, as he is very busy and I know in his free time he will go over it, and like always he will call me after hours with questions, funny to think I hear his kids in the background and mine are just as rowdy but he is there for me, we have a signed document signed by the insurance company stating they agree what is wrong with me. I guess that helps so we do not have problems there.
I do have often the insurance company trying to send me to a different doctor but all doctors so far agree with mine, oh I could go on forever how great he is also I do have a great team on my side, most of my IME reports always start off by saying how impressed and happy they where to meet me now I know something is wrong because I see the HORROR stories hear and it just makes my eyes tear up, why do I have everything in place it seems? is it that some cases the insurance companies do this to look good so they can say hey look we help?
I'm so sad to hear all the wrong doings but stay strong things will work out if I can have all the good doctors so can you, and same with attorney well there I must say you must help some with your case understand they are very busy if mine like me helping I'm sure others do to like I said I go over everything and make notes high lite question everything and send information to attorney.
I'm ladybird my husband is bluebird and my kids are swans, I enjoy nature and tend to preach mother earth to everyone on how we as humans have been destroying her with warfare and chemicals and she is ready to strike back! I believe in the Mayan calender and I see our government as crooks.
So that was a little about me, oh dear it's so late and I have got to crawl into my nest for the night you know what they say? The early bird gets the worm! well with my back I think I will be the last bird.

welcome to the forum ladybird...I'm so happy to hear that your case has gone so well...it's truly uplifting to hear a good out of all these wrongs...eventually we will all be saying that we have finally gotten the results we deserve and despartely need...thanks for posting and hope you stick around for the laughter ....

Interesting: You mentioned the Mayan Calendar. How did you come to know of the Mayan Calendar, and what sparked your interests in it?

Glad you have a good lawyer and your case if going great for you. Sounds like your doing a lot of some of the same things I did for my own case.
Not all cities or towns have a recycling plan in effect yet - in my town the inmates sort through the trash and get out the recyclables. As far as some of the other mother earth issues - well if renewable energy was cheaper I think more people would go that way - I know we have looked into solar energy ourselves but the cost of it is still way to expensive to roof our whole house with the solar shingles. But we do plan on doing it when we get enough saved up.

Why thank you all I really do appreciate all the nice comments, there allot of you who care so much. It is true I love Mother Earth and all she has done for us and it is ashame that we treat her with contempt with no regard to our future. That being said it is just how I feel I would never preach or demand anyone to do the right thing, it should be a personal thing I also believe in a higher conscious that will make all people unite soon, as there is a awakening already happening to so many.
I believe in good karma and I do my meditation for peace and answers to all this that is happening to me and my family from my injury, I just follow my higher power and I get the answers I need, sure I'm a rainbow child my kids are to we live for life. The Mayan calender why I'm interested in it? we all should the Mayans I believe where so knowledgeable with time and the meaning of time, the Tun is what they used we humans are living in a time of materialism brought on by a calender that we are not made for the 365 and 1/2 days are not natural to us humans, as we all see they have to always make adjustments to that time, all ancient civilizations, which you might find interesting used 360 days. A magic number 360 like a circle, oh I will stop boring you great people as you can see ancient worlds is one of my key studies.
I say this to all my new friends stay strong and pray to your higher powers, meditate and connect to it and you will get all the answers you need this world we are in is not all that it is cracked up to be we as humans have full control of our destinies if you have faith and never doubt it. Doubt in the higher power and your strength is taken from you.
I should say the early birds got the worm my kids always seem to love when I call them my birdies and there friends all want me to adopt them Mr. Bluebird says we have enough swans so let it be after all the mother hens would come pecking at our door if we did that.
