Rum Balls
1-stick margerine-softened
2-lb powdered sugar
1-can eagle brand milk
2-cups fine choped pecans
10-oz coconut
3-tsp flavoring, Vanilla or Rum or Brandy or Maple
mix together
Chill 1/2 hour
form into balls and chill ( about 1/2 to 1 tsp )
Melt 1 to 1 1/2 lb Choc Almond bark in a deep bowl ( Micro works good)
Dip balls and place on wax paper untill firm
Flavoring can be reduced to suit taste.

Must use flavoring alcohol will not work, And these freeze well.

will see if I can find a tin to put them in.

Monster no cooking involved so now you have No excuses if you can melt the choc in the Micro ROFLMAO
