Need some help! I was recently fired but was on perminent restrictions from a work related injury. I am in Wisconsin. What can i do?

1)if your permanent restrictions prevent you from performing your original job duties you should contact the dept of vocational rehabilitation:
http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/wc/Voc_Rehab/default.htm
they can help you fine a new career within your restrictions.

2)if your employment is covered by FMLA and you were out less then 12 weeks you can file a complaint with the feds

3) if they did not discuss reasonable accommodations then you can file a complaint with ADA

you should support unions and you should join a union at your next job so you have some additional job protection.
