florida,,,,, if case settled with lump sum, i will have to RESIGN '' from my employer....does this kill my chance for filing u/i bennies. i see the light at the end of the tunnel...thanks for all help received on this site, i/c called lawyer day before surgery, with good settlement offer

no work yet..i assume reached mmi since settlement offer pre-surgery, so im filing....nothing to lose
