RE: injured worker wants to settle in CT - 1171 - 05-21-2011 02:47 PM when you are at MMI your TTD will stop. the employer/carrier is entitled to a second opinion on the extent of any permanent disability. any settlement will have to be negotiated between the rating opinions or you can have the comp court decide.
