i injured my back almost 2 years ago, my dr, has found me to be mmi. she has me listed as sedentary level, no continious use of my right arm,no use of arms over my shoulders, limited standing and sitting, & return to work at part time only(max). i worked in a heavy industrial capacity. what can i expect to happen next?

Knowing your state will help as different states handle things differently

wc adjuster is telling me that they are only obligated to settle with me for the remainder of monies owed to me at 30% reduction for the next 4 years, when i asked her about the cost of medical treatment & medication over the next 4 years she said to me well what are you looking for as a settlement. she never offered a dollar amount and i never asked for a dollar amont. at that time the adjuster left the meeting and told me to call her at the end of the week and she would have a figure for me. as far as the voc coordinator goes she just kept telling me that need to get back to work. and i said i would love to able to go back to work, but who is going to hire me part time with my restrictions for full time pay. i made very good money at what i was doing prior to my injury.

IF you need medical attention for life, you need a MSA(Medicare setaside). I would do some "googling" and become knowledgeable of your rights as a IE.
