The End - doubletrouble - 11-05-2010 10:52 PM

Hi to all, its been a while since Ive been here, not of my choosing but my internet was shut off. First off sorry to see Bad Boy gone I believe he is a fountain of info and a decent man. Good news I am done with this case I settled the 2nd week of september and had checks cashed by the 1st week in october WHOO HOOO paid off bills, caught up rent and am in the process of buying a new home. The Judge told me I could do better or I could do worse if I were to take it to trial. My attny told me it was a very good offer and being in the position I was in I took it. The company, where I was origanally injured ended up paying the bulk and the company I worked for last paid 550.00 to let them off the hook for any future claims regaurding my neck. There was a check for 22000. that I must use only for cervical related medical before medicare will kick in. 1171 you were right, in the begining of the year I posted and you responded, you said that maybe neither of the companies would be responsible that realy peed me off but if you would not have said that I truly would not have believed it and probably still be fighting in vein. I want to thank everyone who participates on this forum this is a Great place to learn, to be heard, to be picked up, to be encouraged and empowered some parts of life do not suck.
