2yrs. college.was enrolled for EET. flunked out.went to Truck driving school.Have had driven10yrs. before injury.when first injuried I was told that I suffered cervical strain,tendinitis,bursitis. DOI 12-07. Last seen by choice of physician 4-08. last date of weekly pay10-08. Have had emg/ncs,mri. ulnar and median nerve (very low responces) C2-3,C3-4,C4-5, all shows sign of disc bulge. Possible nerve irratation at c7-c8. |
