the answer is yes and no. Functional limitations are social issues and therefore part of the Disability arena and are not medical impairments and are not part of the impairment evaluation. Your dizziness is a symptom that may or may not be considered under the impairment evaluation process depending on the medical facts and then the opinion of the examining doctor. Impairment is a medical term and the evaluation and conclusion is done by a Dr(s). A Judge might get involved to split the difference between competing medical opinions or such but that's about it.

What did your attorney tell you ?

Part of my injury has created alot of dizziness issues as well as permenant lifting and climbing restrictions . Are these restrictions and medical issues taken into account?
The dizziness routes from trama to my head / broken skull. Ive had surgery in my ear to fix it however because I also suffered a tramatic brain injury ive been told that could also be the cause of dizziness.

I spoke to my lawyers assistant today and await his call sometime this week.
It seems workers comp is in no hurry to send me to their doctors.

the head/brain injury findings will be evaluated under the neurology chapter and will be rated then considered in your overall percentage. Why would there be a hurry since most impairments actually over time.
