It's been awhile since I posted ... live in Alabama ... Roll Tide! ... excuse me! ... was placed at MMI in April 2009 for WC injury and had my rotator cuff surgery 10 days later (not r/t WC ... from a wreck I had in August 2008. Had a 58% tear but couldn't get it fixed while receiving TTD payments for discectomy. Really messed up situation if you ask me.) My WC checks were reduced to PPD in April. I have been looking for a job for about 8 weeks without any success. I am an Intensive Care RN. My lifting restrictions take me out of patient care in a hospital setting. (All of my restrictions are from my WC injury. I do not have any additional restrictions from my wreck.) I requested voc rehab and my dr and case worker have both approved. When I was placed at MMI after my first back surgery in 2006 (my injury was in 2004), I was paid TTD opayments while using voc rehab. My question is .... Will my weekly payments go back up to TTD now that I have been approved for voc rehab again, or will they stay at PPD?
