Looks like the war is starting all over again with my medical and WC. I called since last Friday to get meds refilled. The pharmacy called me yesterday and said that WC is denying to pay/approve my med refills. This is BS if you ask me. I am a chronic pain patient and 100% totally disabled ruled by them and have open medical. I am in this condition from my injury......Oh I guess they have forgotten that. I am really worried cause I can't afford to pay for the meds myself and don't know what the effects will be by stopping them cut and dry. My directions for the meds state to not stop them all of a sudden. I have contacted my lawyer but no word yet. Does it ever STOP?.......Dammit! Love y'all!

MJC.....ask Pharmisist if they'll give you enough meds to get you through a few days. When I call my scripts into the Pharmacy....and IC doesn't respond right away...the Pharm gives me a few days worth of meds anyway...to get me through, until IC gets off their butts!
It can't hurt to ask Pharmacy to do this for you too!

MJC- sorry you are having to fight to get your medications. I call my scripts in a couple days before I run out as I had problems with wc as they would cut off my meds about every 6 months and we would have to fight them for them and then they would ok them.
