How can Workers Comp. dispute a claim to pay myself, when they are paying the hospital and Dr. visits?
they may not dispute your hurt but may believe you can still work.....many get hurt and their job puts them on light duty or if they can their regular duty
what state? was it a recent injury, or is it past statute of limitations?
disability payments are based on different eligibility requirements then treatment.
