I have an Ime tomorrow and the ins co is providing transportation the problem is they will not allow anyone else to go with me.
I had two other IME appt over a year ago and my daughter went with me now they are saying if anything happened she wouldnt be covered.
I cant travel alone due to anxiety attacks which I am on medication for.
I called my attorney and I am waiting to hear from them but I'm afraid there is nothing they can do.
Is this true has anyone had this problem?

get written authorization from your treating doctor that your condition warrents a travelling companion. If they won't allow a relative they'll have to provide a nurse/attendent.
