We have reached an agreement with the auto insurance company.

The amount is just under $10,000.00 and yes that is low but there is no wage loss due to wc and not working.

My main goal is to pay medical bills owed and pay the attorney.

And of course Medicare wants their share, it won't be much since I've only had Medicare for 1 year.

As long as you're satisfied that's all that counts. It's not always about the amount of money, it's getting proper care, paying for the bills, etc.

One less thing you need to worry about .

That is what I am thinking.

The auto insurance company has paid out the medical bills per their policy and now BCBS & Medicare will pay future medical bills
