i was injured in 05 had visits to neuro,was denied acces to dr for almost a year. nuero referred me to pain specin 06, had repeated inj,radio pulse freq,on compressed nerve. said i would need pain doc tratment for the rest of my life pain doc took me off work was paid .have tried to continue to work the best i could. all of a sudden they will not pay me they say neuro released me back to work pain doc is not my doc why can they say this if i was released to pain doc for treatment for so long how can they just stop pay. off work now with no pay but they pay docs visits and for meds. what can i do[/u]

First welcome to the forum and sorry you had to find yourself here for help. One thing that will help is more info like your state and more info on your injury. You said you have tried to work as much as possible. Have you been working with restrictions? You didn't say but I would quess you don't have a lawyer yet. It sounds like it's time to talk to one.

thanx ,im in tenn, no restictions for a whle then pain doc put some on me, they said they were not plain enough to describe what to do not to do.have facet probs from injury.have attorney they saID IT WAS MY CASE COMING TO END time to mediate settlement.think they just want finish and get money
