talked to my lawyer today and just brought up the settlement idea and he told me not to worry that ive had surgery and will likely have the hardware removed from a fusion and said that im garanteed a certain amout of money for that..do any of you know if that is true??
not to my knowledge....your settlement should be on the % of your disabilty...
They will only take the hardware out if it is causing you problems and some peoples bodies reject the metal as our bodies were never meant to have metal in them. They wanted to take mine out to see if it would help the pain but I did not like that idea of guessing it would take care of the pain they were only guessing at that point.
