Have you been working and paying Social security?

At 30 years of age, It will be difficult. I was 45 and I was turned down the first time as 70% are.
Can you walk? What is your education level? Read the above info. and become familiar with SSDI and the requirements.
At your age, IF you are capable, I would highly consider going back to school. SSDI will starve you out. I draw a 1/3 of what I made in 2002. My wife works and I had a money to fall back on. I was very fortunate. I would love to be working instead of being disabled.
Good Luck.

Age is Definitely a Factor, but it not Only Depends on Your Injury, it also Depends on Your Overall Health, and as Freebird Stated if You have Worked and Paid into it Long Enough. I have seen Folks Your Age on SSDI, but there are Many Variables Involved besides Age. My Very Best to You, I Hope You get the Relief You Need!!
