Thank you Guys for the birthday wishes. I was surprised when I came upon this thread three days late. Hope all is well with everyone. Still In Limbo, take it easy and rest. Where is Sparky? My pain levels have been high also. I,m planning to start college in the spring. Just a couple of courses. I,m presently take a Project Management Class at San Diego Adult Continuing Education. The class is only for six weeks and is once a week, three hours I'm finding it hard to sit through the class because of the pain. It,s hard to concentrate. I plan to take on-line classes for the spring. I want to do the class room but I don't think I can tolerate it.
I have a questions; state California. I'm at mmi and saw two doctors one Urology and the other a Sleep Study doctor. This was a request from the AME. I had a phone consultation with the AME doc. about the results of the sleep study and urology results 1.5 months ago.. I was rated at 20% in 2/09 I don't know if the other two test have increased the rating. I still have not heard from lawyer about starting the settlement process. I did speak with the Vocational Rehab person at my lawyers office a few weeks ago and he said he saw no data as of yet on the AME follow up evaluation. I want to get the settlement process going. Should I push the issue with my attorney or should I wait to hear from him? Another question, I have been having a lot of flare ups with the cervical and thoracic pain. At one point I tried to make an appointment with the wc doc.I had to wait for authorization. It took almost a month to be approved. Flare up resolved have not used the authorized visit. How long is it good for?
