Our youngest daughter who has put herself through a year of medical assistant school, will be done with school on Saturday. This young lady has carried a 4.0 throughout the year and on her pharm class that she just completed she got a 143. She picked up every extra credit question during this term. I am so proud of her I could burst. We are going to Ohio this weekend to take the entire family out to dinner to celebrate. She already has a position with the Cleveland Clinic and will be doing her internship for the next 6 weeks. I am sure that she will further her education once she has worked for awhile. I just had to tell you guys how proud I am of her.
Thats great and I wish her well tell her what a good job she has done.
and we also are proud of her....tell her so please
Good news Bachache. Your pride is shining thru, and deservedly so. Have a great family celebration this weekend. Tongue
Where in Ohio is she going to school. and where are we going to dinner at. I am in Ohio not very far from Cleveland Clinic, stop and take me to dinner with you, I could use a good dinner out on someone. LOl
Give Her My Best, and have a Safe and Wonderful Trip!!!Smile
Thanks all, I'll tell her you wish her the best. Cervical Fusion she is going to Sanford Brown. 2 of our other kids and their families live in Aurora and Kent so we will be having dinner in one of the two. It's sort of difficult to find a place all 8 grandkids like, but they all like Chinese so that is where we will be eating. With 8 grands and 7 adults I doubt if we would notice 1 more LOL.
Backache there are some great restraurants in down town Akron.
Doing it for lunch rather than the evening dinner... so u can order of the lunch menus stilll... SAVES YOU A LOT OF MONEY
Hello, We aren't going. All 5 of the grands in the one household are sick . There are positive cases of swine flu in their schools. In the other household our 15 year old grandsons lab partner definately has a case of swine flu. With Dave and his blood disorder I won't take the chance. I called the Dr's office and even thou they said at first they didn't have any of the vaccine just now, when I reminded them about Daves blood disorder they found a shot for him. I had to argue for awhile but one must do what one must. I have been getting a very sore throat the last couple of days. I was around a child that the BIL & SIL brought in over the weekend who is from this school district and who was sick the entire weekend, gee thanks guys. I don't believe it is swine flu, but maybe regular flu. Well atleast Dave will get his shot, which is the important thing.
OMG! backache......I'm so sorry. I hope all gets well and the vaccine works for Dave. I have had a horrible sore throat for days. Saw my ENT today and he said it's fine. Probably Post Nasal Drip from my many allergies. BUT my youngest said all the people in her work that are sick started with a sore throat. Too much sickness going around out there.

Congratualtions to your daughter for a wonderful accomplishment.
