My attorney filed a PFB and he said from that they would do a mediation, which he called me the other day and told me it was schedule for January 14th. Then I see today that he withdrew the PFB. Since he did that now will they cancel the mediation?
Or can a mediation through the court happen even if there isn't a PFB filed?
