just wanted to know how do this work, my surgeon rated me at 26% and the AME which the defense att. send me there his rating was higher how do that work when you are ready to settle, my state is California

the defense atty did not send you to the AME.
An AME is only used when both parties agree to go by whatever their opinion is.
Only the AME rating is used since both parties already agreed to it beforehand.
