HEY AGAIN,HOPE ALL IS WELL.I LIVE IN LOUISIANA.WOULD LIKE TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS. IVE BEEN READING SOME SITES ON WC AND NOW I GET IT.THEY TELL YOU ,YOU HAVE TO WORK LIGHT DUTY OR YOU GET IN TROUBLE.YOU GET UP, GO TO WORK FEELING HORRIBLE AND SO MUCH PAIN ,THEN YOU HAVE TO LEAVE WORK FOR THOSE SAME REASONS .THEY DONT PAY YOU FOR THAT TIME LOST.YOU DO THIS EVERY DAY ,BECAUSE THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO BE THERE. THEY SAVE MONEY ,I LOSE MONEY. THERE SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE.HOW CAN THIS BE RIGHT.I DIDNT ASK FOR ANY OF THIS,THERE WAS NO WAY TO AVOID IT,THERE WAS NO NEGLIGENCE ON MY PART.HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH IT,AND IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN RE-COUP ANY OF MY LOST WAGES INCLUDING ANY VACATION TIME I HAD TO USE ?THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT.
AAAAaaaaaahhhhh the life of a person injured on WC, some make it through and some get the shaft.... If you are having to leave cause your in to much pain then you need to say somthing to your boss and to your dr. If your DR does not help you time to switch DR's, do you have a lawyer.? I dont think wc refunds you when your hurting and have to go home early. If you were out of work on wc injury I dont think you needed to use your vacation time, wc should have been paying you bennifits........
I'm with Bronco on this One! Do You have an Approved w/c Claim that is Still Open? If so, Your Dr. can Pull You from Work if it's too Much for You, and You should have an Attorney on Your Side, You seem to be Owed Back Benefits. If the Employer and the Ins. Co. can Figure Out a Way not to Pay You, they Will, so You need Help on Your Side to Fight Back!! Best of Luck, and Have a Great Day!!Wink
