My attorney is trying to get things moving on the work comp.
Had a hearing last spring and nothing has happened since.
By Kansas law the judge had 5 days to make a decision.
I spoke with the attorney this afternoon, he is still asking for the carpal tunnel to be added to the claim.
And I learned there is a hearing next week, my attorney is requesting a decision be made on the CT, & back.

I spoke to my attorney after the hearing, he said a decision should come next week.
My attorney looked at my file and even he sounded suprised by the delays in my case.
My injury was 2005.
December 07 my attorney filed in court for additional treatment on the left knee and adding the back to the claim.
Jan 08 was the hearing on the knee with treatment granted. It was decided in court that I could seek treatment on the back at a later date.
The knee replacement was June 08.
Last Jan 09 a hearing date was filed in court to add the CT, back, and additional treatment on the right knee.
The hearing was in March and by Kansas law the judge had 5 days to make a decision.
May 09 a decision still had not been made and a phone conference between the judge and attorneys was held.
June 09 the judge went on medical leave for a TRK. Due to budges cuts a replacement judge was not sent unitl August 09.
Today is September 29th was the hearing and my attorney said a decision will be made next week. All the evidence was reviewed with additional medical documentation presented on the right knee.
Please say a prayer that I receive treatment soon, I've had little sleep for the past week.
