I injured my knee two years ago on the job but did not report it. Later found out I had a torn meniscus and opted to not have surgery because the pain was only off and on. I reinjured my knee at work last week and reported to work. I went to the doctor per my employer where I found out that I had a dislocated patella. I am pretty sure that I have more injury to it than the dislocation as the pain in now constant. Will the fact that I did not report the old injury disqualify me from ony sort of workman's compensation on this injury, especially if my meniscus is re-injured?
