Workers' Compensation Discussion Forums

I work for a provider. I have never seen multiple arthroscopies performed on the same day denied until recently. It is always with First Health network. I spoke to one of their claim representatives this morning and was told they paid according to Rule 36 of the workers compensation rules and regulations.

First of all, I can't find that anywhere. Does anyone know if this is fact and if so where I may find it?

I looked at Georgia Rules and do not see a Rule 36. Georgia uses a fee schedule that must be purchased.

You state you are located in Georgia but is that the state where the services were provided? And is the Payor located in Georgia?
