South Carolina- I have been given a rating of 9%. Does this sound about right after 2 surgeries within 6 months apart. (arthroscopic knee surgery) I still have some nerve damage, knee giving away and now mild arthritis. No problems prior to this.

if you think the rating was done incorrectly ask for a second opinion.
what rating system was used?
AMA? ODG?

I am not sure but will find out.
