I dont know Ur state but I dont see you loosing the 9% permanent disability unless they are disputing it,all should all be written in the papers of the settlement.

it means the parties agree that the permanent disability for the injury is 9% and that the worker may need further medical It requests the comp court to make a formal award for those benefits.

P.S. if the disability changes within 5 yr of your date of injury you can petition the court to change the disability. after 5 yrs your TD period and PD is fixed.
