It has been 4 weeks now that I haven't gotten impairment income benefits. I know they have acknowledged of my MMI and my impairment rating because they stopped my ttd benefits. I e-mailed my attorney I have called my attorney and faxed my attorney and haven't even heard anything from him yet.
He's been real good in the past. He is my second attorney. Im thinking a PFB is in order?????????
