I got me a new attorney, and he is really on the ball about everything. He has been doing comp cases for over 25 years, and that's all he handles. He really keeps my thinking positive, and that means a lot, oh he also takes every call and answers all my questions, and really makes sure that I understand what he is saying before I hang up. It's took a huge amount of stress off me knowing I have someone that knows what there doing and not working for my employer. The other guy I had was eating lunch almost everyday with my employer and I had to find this out from my step mom who worked in the restaurant they was meeting at. I always felt the guy was shady. I feel very optimistic now..... Wooooo Hooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been a long stressful 3 years. I know a lot of you have went threw the same stuff, so my best to you as well , and every one else that reads this having to deal with the bull that workers comp puts the injured worker threw.

I think I have one of the best Attorneys in the state of OH. I have had him since 2001, his firm is on top of everything and they only deal with workmans comp. They know the in and outs in the state, and are on top of everything for me, right down to a 5.00 hospital bill...In addition to being a great attorney he is also my neighbor..SO look around your neighbor hoods bet a lot of people can find great attorneys in the there back door.
