I live in Maryland, as I recover from my serious Back injury with Vocational Rehabilitaion forth coming I have an issue or two.

I have a felony on my record, white collar type, with my serious injury and this felony how will this be addressed with workmans comp voc/rehab? I was employed with this company knowing my background I also have a Grad degree. This workmans comp logic has little consistancy at least in my case.

My Fce has restrictions to include long term sitting and standing?

Do you have suggestions?
