we can thank our president !!!!!! look on the computer, social security is not getting a cost of living raise come jan. BECAUSE OF NO INFLATION ,but part d is going up ,you can see he dont buy gas and groceries LOLLO!!! here in ga our new governer is raising property taxes so bad i may be moving in jaynes barn before its over !!!!!!our old one had a big exempt on it so again were getting screwed!!!! this is a no win thing , sorry had to vent

We haven't begun to see how this country is going to go downhill. I saw this morning on the news that the government is figuring out a stimulus package for people to replace their old household appliances with new energy efficient ones. Why does the government have to be involved? A business owner of an applicance store was interviewed and he was very excited about this as a way to stimulate business for himself. Where is this going to end?
Take away from people who need the money most, and give to those who want new cars and want new appliances, but don't necessary need them. Someone tell President Obama the difference between a "Want" and a "Need". The problem is, he has never needed anything!

Some new products are not energy efficient. Look at TV's these new use more energy even when they are off. We are all in trouble if we don't pray.
the problem is it doesnt matter if there is a 4,500 cash for clunkers if you dont have a job you cant buy one...so what if they give you 200 dollars off a 2000 dollar fridge if you dont have a job to pay the other 1800 dollars.or the electric bill to run the darn thing...or pay the rent on a house to put it in...Jesus,Mary and Joseph use some common sense...put that money right back into the hands of the person you taxed to death to get it.......I swear the twits running this country aught to have to run a balanced budget not just borrow us into bankrupcy...the 4,500 was given to those who didnt really need it lets face it if they had a job to qualify for the loan they were better off than those with no job...give me 4,500 I can assure you I could buy groceries for a year on it.....or a years worth of utility bills...or nearly a years rent for some......much better use than a new hybrid car any darn day
