Workers' Compensation Discussion Forums

We have been fighting workers comp for 8 months and now we were told via letter that the caseworker we had has dropped us and we have no primary doctor to go to. We were toldto go to urgent care if needed. How are we supposed to contact for help? Is this normal procedure for this company to leave people out in the cold with nowhere to go?

not all claims require a case worker. you can contact the carrier and claims department directly or your employer.
