nah I think she has alot of heart just sometimes doing the job she does she has to build a wall.....she has the ability to find the answers she just needs to temper it a bit remembering we are hurting and wearing our feelings on our sleeve...she doesnt care for me and lets face it I dont like adjusters much.....my husband had an awesome one and his claim went so smooth never a need for a lawyer several years later my adjuster was a witch and we had to get a lawyer just to get the medical care I needed....Kate was an adjuster and she tempers her answers with caring ......1171 doesnt..its as simple as that
I generaly do not get involve in conversations like this. However, I find 1171 to be a valuable member of this forum. I know that every time a ask a question to 1171. I get a correct answere. I get the facts that I am looking for and that is a great help.
Jayne (SIS), the issue between you and 1171, well................ I just chalk that up to a personality conflict. There is nothing that can be done about that. There are as many personalities as there are members of this forum.
