OK, I have a question. What constitutes acceptance of a claim by an IC? Does it mean they pay for all medical, pay lost wages or ? I am in NM.

Thanks,

After Your Work Injury, You are to Report it to Your Supervisor as soon as possible, and then a Claim Form should be Filed by Your Employer, and You should be able to be Seen by a List of Dr.'s that Your Employer should Provide You, unless Your Injury is so Severe that You had to be taken to the E.R. The w/c Board will look at the Medical Evidence, and Decide if Your Claim will be Accepted or Denied. as far as what is Paid, Medical or Weekly TTD Checks I'm not Sure in Your State. at the Top of this Page is a Tab "State Info." that May Help You there! Best of Luck!!Wink
