Well it's the day of the wedding!! I know it's only 12:45 am but it's still the wedding day. Funny how much sleep you just never seem to get with a life of pain so I'm still up and so is the wife, working on getting things ready. Maybe for my birthday a short time back I should have wished for a day without pain like before my work injury. Any way I will post after the wedding or on Sunday how everything went.( as long as nobody breaks in here and steal my computer that is) I know with all the prayer we have received from everyone on here we are going to have a great day and a wonderful wedding. It's going to be the hottest day we have had since back in June.
Oh it's going to be such a happy day for you and your daughter

I bet you are one proud and happy daddy right about now! You just enjoy yourself, take lots of pictures and treasure every moment.
Hugs,
monster
enjoy, cry and enjoy and dont worry about your house till you get home,,,just enjoy
Have a wonderful day, please come on and post pictures. Hope the heat will hold off until after the wedding.
Have a great wedding day!
Thanks for the very kind words. It is going to be a wonderful day.
Well the wedding was perfect. I will paste the newspapers story below. There is nothing that would have made it any better and we have your prayers to thank for it along with the people that were touched by them. The local news channel was out and filmed alot of it and before we left for the night they returned with a DVD of the stuff they shot for both parents and the couple. And everything was fine at home. This was truly a blessing sent from above and all thanks to your prayer. God Bless
"Couple has dream wedding at Knight of Columbus Hall after plans nearly dashed
By ARLENE MANNLEIN - H&R Staff Writer
DECATUR - As a child, when her daughter's cystic fibrosis would get to be its worst, Michelle Manley would help soothe her by telling her to think of a beach, its colors and sounds, and that would help calm Aubré Miller.
That was why having a beach scene wedding was so important to Miller.
Saturday, Miller's dream wedding came true. She and Ron Odle were married in a beach scene setting, with the Rev. Russ Chitwood, a family friend from Kentucky, performing the services at the Knights of Columbus Council 577 Hall.
"Bless this young couple," Chitwood prayed.
"It was awesome, beautiful," said the bridegroom after the wedding, commenting on the setting and ceremony.
"It was way beyond any expectations," the bride quickly added.
Miller's dream wedding was nearly dashed when Eagle Creek Resort and Conference Center closed about three weeks ago. That's when news of what had happened was printed and broadcast, and people and businesses in Decatur responded to help.
"This (the wedding) is totally because of the media," said Michelle Manley, Miller's mother. "What we were hoping for was just to get our money back."
The owner of Wedding Designs by Suzanne, Suzanne Goad-Gregory, created Saturday's wedding setting and reception. When Goad-Gregory heard the bride's dream had been crushed, she said she wanted to make it happen.
And she had help from all directions, including Dawn Bradley, general manager of the Knights of Columbus Hall, which donated the site. But there also was an ice carving by Aaric Kendall, wedding cake by Becky Otto, food by Gordon Food Service and Ollie Gourmet Kraverz, photos and videos by Scan Pro Studios, plus donations from Cedar Lake Gardens and Gifts, Reef FX, Best Buy and Unique Boutique of Mount Zion.
The bridegroom said he knew some of what was being planned but had no idea the extent of it.
"I just appreciate everything," he added.
"I just want to thank everyone," Aubré Odle said, adding that it's like paying it forward. "If you do one good dead, it doesn't go unnoticed."
"We are so humbled, shocked," added her mother.
"She wanted a beach wedding and a platinum reception. That's what she got," added Goad-Gregory, even to the bouquets of oranges and purples both bride and attendants carried.
"The colors of a beach sunset. That's why I picked them," the new Mrs. Odle added.
