How long do you have, to file a workers comp claim in NC?
Hi TDM, and Welcome!! At the top of the Page is a Tab Entitled "Info. by State" that May be able to Help! I'm Sorry I'm not from Your State and I Hope this Helps a bit until Someone from Your State Comes along!!Wink
The NC statute says you must report to your employer within 30 days. §97-22

If the employer fails or refuses to report an injury, the Employee should file a claim (Form 18 or 18B) within two years of the accident with the Industrial Commission. §97-24

The statutes can be accessed from the State Info tab also.
