dr.says only restrictions are not lifting over 10 lbs.the job i have been doing for 3 1/2 mths i can do but with some pain.now employer making cuts adding more on to my job, which causes more pain than just doing my normal job(because of excessive use of wrist.).lawyer says nothing i can do only advice is hang in there or if they fire me because i can't do all they are asking me to do,than all i can do is draw unemployment as long as they don't ask me to lift over 10 lbs.still under dr. care ,he says my wrist will still probaly be sore tender and hurt and may not be able to turn/twist it for a couple more mths.so in N.C. theres nothing i can do if i get fired wow?
nope as long as your boss doesnt fire you because you filed a WC claim he is at liberty to dismiss you if you cannot do the job he needs doing....

so i just keep my mouth shut do what employer ask me to,wait on dr. release, maybe get a small check and hopefully want get fired.
hard to believe...but if you take the personal out of it it makes sense...your boss has work that has to be done if you cant do it then he needs to get someone who can...hurts to know doesnt it....WC doesnt pay pain and suffering....if you get to keep your job consider yourself way ahead of the game.....I lost mine
if your doctor changes your restrictions and they are temporary there may be additional disability available.
