Here is the question?I think. About 2 weeks ago I went to the doc and found out that I have cubital tunnel in my left hand that is numb as hell...opps.and I have been waiting on the insurance company to tell the doc can they run the tests, etc. meanwhile it feels like the pinky finger side and risk are dead. Can someone enlighten me on 1)seb and 2)will workmans comp entertain this cubital tunnel am in great pain as this numbness is non stop.
Supplemental earnings benefits are paid when an employee is able to work, but is unable to earn 90% or more of his pre-injury wages as a result of a job related accident. As an injured worker, you must notify your employer or insurer of the earning of any wages, changes in employment or medical status, receipt of unemployment benefits, receipt of social security benefits and receipt of retirement benefits. If you receive benefits for more than 30 days, you will be required to certify your earnings to your insurer quarterly.
Thank you for getting to me.So we are @ the point that I will have to notify insurer of any income that I am able to make? And if it is 2 much no check? or not enough supplemental earning? I think I might be getting it now. Just sinking in, again thanks.
I forgot to ask how long does this SEB last?
