I recently got in a car accident in a company vehicle and was injured to the point of not being able to do my job properly. I was out of work for two days in which the store manager claims I did not contact him. He then told me "your done" When I returned to work after missing work. I am not getting any actual funds from WC they are only covering my medical treatment costs.

Since I am on WC does this mean I can not get unemployment?

if you have been released to full duties then you can file for unemployment.

It doesn't matter that I am still under care of my doctors?

Being under care of a doctor does not necessarily mean you can't work. What are your restrictions? If the doctor says you can work, you can file for unemployment.

there are many people receiving unemployment that also go to doctors at the same time.
there is no restriction that those who get unemployment checks can't go to a doctor or hospital.
