right now i have an active suite with my employer ( they filed bankruptcy ) is that going to have any kind of effect on my case ??
not like i can file bankruptcy on my spine and make all the pain and damages go away !! please let me know anybody ..

your IC (unless self insured) has nothing to do with your place of employment....

there attorney sent me a letter pretty much saying i was s.o.l

try your state ombudsman they may know who will have funds for this
