what is impairment evaluation with 11% total body?looking over paperwork and trying to make since of some.can mri and mylegrams change your diagnosis.one minute i have something next they dont mention it.paper work i have says,bulgingc3-4,herniated disc c6-7 with radicuapathy,one point i had multilevel mild broad base posterior disc bulging most prominent at l3-4&l4-5&l5-s1 with bilateral mild foraminal narrowing. i now have degenerative disc disease l2 to l5.with sponylosis.how does this change? any help would be very grateful.

yes a diagnosis can change as new tests, findings, symptom emerge.
tests are just one component used to refine a diagnosis.
