I am a little confused by this, even after speaking to my attorney.

The left knee replacement was June 08, I reached MMI June 09.

In April I had a hearing seeking addition treatment by wc for the right knee. And seeking treatment for the back and right carpal tunnel.
The 2 IME doctor's reports were mostly in my favor.
The judge had 5 days to rule, and still no judge's decision.

Today I received a check in the mail paying me for TTD from 6/24 to last week. Understand, in no way am I complaining for being paid by the insurance company, but I am a little confused by this.

I did call me attorney and he said "Let's not rock the boat, they are still paying you, the judge has to rule sometime"

I did tell him I am having increased problems with the back and due to the muscle weakness and neuropathy issues I now wear an ankle brace, RX by my primary care physician.

Any thoughts on this........
