Hello i just wanted to no how lawyer gets paid if every thing is getting paid for. Will the lawyers not get anything if every thing is paid for ?

california comp laws allow fee from PD benefits.

It's normal a % of the settlement. Which means if he gets 20% and the settlement is $100, you get $80 he gets $20
